Inverted Pointillism

Inspired by the music of Dave Bryce, I was commissioned to provide artistic concepts for his EP, CD cover. This image of Audio waves is morphed from one of his songs. Imagine agitated resonance in blood-cells. The tiny circles are outlined dots, almost an inverted bubble version of a dot. I call it 'pointillisme inversé' (Inverted pointillism). People remark that I include so much detail in my paintings. Yes, I do and they can take around 6 months or more to complete: and a lot of detail.
